Numbers is a limited edition watch collection and the output from our collaboration with New York-based Poulsen Projects. The subtle silhouette of our renowned watch body is paired with the playful typographic textuality from Poulsen Projects.
So far, Numbers consists of five designs, each uniquely observing and bridging the juncture between time and written language.
Numbers 1, 2 and 3 were released in October of 2019 and sold out fast. Now, Numbers 4 and 5 have been added to the collection - exclusively for MoMA in New York and Tokyo.
Number 4 is a humorous take on time coming to life every time you look at your wrist. It provides a clear readability, while also presenting an optical illusion of seemingly moving numbers.
Number 5 reduces the dial artwork to the four hero numbers that normally sit alone. By increasing their size, the proximity of the numbers forms a bold and iconic new depiction of time.
