Above Sea Level is an annual wine, culture and travel magazine offering a fresh perspective on wine. It explores a different country or region for each issue and founder Aimee Hartley believes that by looking at wine in the context of food, design, people and place she is able to create a more balanced, meaningful approach to an otherwise specialist subject.
In this first issue, Above Sea Level has created a rich, visual dialogue around wine that draws as much on nature of place and human endeavour as it does on wine itself. Inside you’ll find:

From Monday to Friday, all orders confirmed before 2:00pm (CET) are shipped during that day. If you place an order on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, it is going to be shipped on the first coming business day.
All packages come with a tracking number which you will receive as soon as your package ships from our warehouse. In order to secure that your package is in good hands all the way from our warehouse to you, we collaborate with the best possible carriers the world has to offer.
All packages are shipped from our warehouse in Copenhagen, Denmark, and we do not control any extra duties/taxes that may occur to packages after they have left our warehouse. Thus, you will be responsible for paying for any additional charges that may occur for customs clearance. As customs policies may vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

For all orders placed on our web-shop we offer a 100 days free return service including the options of exchanging your product(s) and having your money refunded.
All you will have to do is to simply return the goods to us in unused condition and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect and process them to ensure that you get what you want as quickly as possible. If we are unable to provide a suitable exchange, we will automatically refund your money and let you know by email.
In the case of a refund, this will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
HOW TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF MY WATCH?
In order to make your LARSEN & ERIKSEN watch last a lifetime, please treat it with care and avoid wearing it while sleeping, showering, cleaning, gardening, swimming or doing sports.
Do not put it in direct contact with perfume, make-up or other harmful chemicals as the plating and rubber seals of the watch and the materials of the straps cannot tolerate any form of chemicals.
If your LARSEN & ERIKSEN watch has been in close contact with any of the above mentioned chemicals and/or chlorine, hair spray, sweat and/or salt water, we recommend that you immediately clean it by using a soft damp cloth. Please do not use chemicals, solvents or soap as these can irreparably damage the seals and the finish of the watch.
HOW TO INTERPRET “WATER RESISTANT 3ATM/5ATM”?
All LARSEN & ERIKSEN watches are either "Water Resistant 3ATM" or "Water Resistant 5ATM". As a rule of thumb, this means that they are resistant to a maximum of rain and splashes of water. Please note that "Water Resistant" does not mean that our watches are waterproof. Thus, we highly recommended to avoid putting our watches in contact with moving water.
This includes not using our watches when swimming, showering and/or bathing as this can lead to water damage which will not be covered by the warranty.
Also, we highly recommend not to wear/leave our watches in a shower, sauna or hot bathroom as the heat can cause the metal components to expand at a different rate to the rubber gaskets. This can create tiny openings between the case and the mineral crystal that - by time - can allow water droplets to penetrate the watch.
All of our watches come with a push-down crown (the round "thing" on the right side of the watch by which you set the time). After unpacking your new LARSEN & ERIKSEN watch, please ensure that the crown is fully pushed down at all times. If the crown is not fully pushed down, this can expose the watch to water damage which will not be covered by the warranty.
Should water or condensation appear in the watch, have the watch checked by a certified watch technician or dealer immediately, as water can irreparably damage the watch components.
HOW TO ACT IN THE CASE OF THE NEED FOR REPAIRS, SERVICE AND/OR BATTERY REPLACEMENT?
LARSEN & ERIKSEN watches are designed and manufactured to meet the demanding requirements of normal, everyday use with a focus on fashion and style usage rather than sports and active usage.
In case of the need for repairs, service and/or battery replacement, please do not attempt to open the watch nor to remove the caseback. Any and all work required, including battery replacement, must be carried out by a certified watch technician or dealer - otherwise, the warranty will instantly become void.
WHAT WARRANTY DOES MY WATCH COME WITH?
When purchasing through www.larseneriksen.com, your LARSEN & ERIKSEN watch is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty under the terms and conditions of this warranty.
The warranty covers defects due to faulty material and/or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. The warranty does not cover battery, glass, straps, discoloration of light colored watches and/or components and/or other damage (including water damage) resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents and/or normal wear and tear. In case of defects covered by the warranty, your LARSEN & ERIKSEN watch will either be repaired or replaced free of charge.
In case of replacement, we can't guarantee that you will receive the same model again. If your model is not available, a similar watch of equal value and appearance will be provided.
The warranty becomes void in the event of servicing or repair of the watch by any person not duly authorized, except for strap adjustment.
You may have greater rights under local laws.
WHAT WARRANTY DOES MY "NON-WATCH" PRODUCT COME WITH?
When purchasing through www.larseneriksen.com, your LARSEN & ERIKSEN product is covered by a two year warranty under the terms and conditions of this warranty.
The warranty covers defects due to faulty material and/or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. The warranty does not cover battery, glass, straps, discoloration and/or components and/or other damage (including water damage) resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents and/or normal wear and tear.
In case of defects covered by the warranty, your product purchased through www.larseneriksen.com will either be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of replacement, LARSEN & ERIKSEN can't guarantee that you will receive the same product again. If your product is not available, a similar product of equal value and appearance will be provided.
The warranty becomes void in the event of servicing or repair of the product by any person not duly authorized.
