Shipping & Return


When shopping at we offer free worldwide trackable shipping and free return on all orders above 500 DKK / 65 EUR / 70 USD. 

The estimated delivery time (from when the package ships from our warehouse) is as follows:

Denmark |  1-2 business day(s)
Europe |   2-5 business days
Rest of the World |  2-7 business days

From Monday to Friday, all orders confirmed before 2:00 pm (CEST) are shipped during that day. If you place an order on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, it will be shipped on the first coming business day.

All packages come with a tracking number, which you will receive as soon as your package ships from our warehouse. In order to secure that your package is in good hands all the way from our warehouse to you, we collaborate with the best possible carriers the world has to offer. 


All packages are shipped from our warehouse in Copenhagen, Denmark, and we do not control any extra duties/taxes that may occur to packages after they have left our warehouse. Thus, you will be responsible for paying for any additional charges that may occur for customs clearance. As customs policies may vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

For all orders above 500 DKK / 65 EUR / 70 USD placed on our webshop , we offer 100 days free return service including the options of exchanging your product(s) and having your money refunded.

In the case of returns, please contact our always helpful and smiling support team at or by using our contact form (which is to be found under our Contact page).

In order to qualify for a refund, please make sure the product is in a new/unused condition, meaning that - for all watches - the crown needs to remain not pushed in at all times, the front and back plastic cover must not be removed, and the strap needs to not have any heavy scratches or marks. Also, please make sure to include the original box/packaging.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect and process them to ensure that you get what you want as quickly as possible.

If we are unable to provide a suitable exchange, we will automatically refund your money and let you know by email.

In the case of a refund, this will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
