To make sure you and your new product get off to a perfect start to your, hopefully, lifelong relationship, we have compiled a short guide for you below:

  • First things first; If you are not already signed up, we highly recommend becoming a member of the LARSEN & ERIKSEN family. By signing up, you will be the very first to know about secret news and exclusive deals - and you will be eligible to receive a free extra strap every time you purchase a watch from us in the future.

  • After unpacking your new LARSEN & ERIKSEN watch, please ensure that the crown is fully pushed down at all times. If the crown is not fully pushed down, this can expose the watch to dust and water damage which will not be covered by the warranty.
    Please note that our Aktiv watches come with a "screw-down" crown, meaning you will have to (1) push it down and (2) screw it into place in order to ensure the 20ATM water resistance.
